I qualified in reflexology at The Kent School of Holistic Reflexology under Gillian Soutar in 1997. I have been a member of the Association of Reflexologists since then.

I qualified in Indian Head Massage in early 2007 and hold an ITEC level 3 diploma, as well as having attended a number of intensive two-day courses under Sally Quaife.

I qualified in Thermo-Auricular Therapy under Sue Maunsell in 2007.

I studied Facial Reflexology (Sorensistem) in London in 2007/2008 under Nikke Ariff of the Instituto de Reflexologia.  

In 2009 I earned a diploma in Hypnotherapy and became a qualified NLP practitioner (Neuro-linguistic programming), having studied under Denise Collins at "The Hummingbird Effect" in Chelmsford, Essex.
